Vintage Florida Map Tablecloth Custom Framed With Tortoise Rattan and Grasscloth
A one-of-a-kind custom framed vintage Florida tablecloth celebrating the Sunshine State in all its colorful Old Florida glory. The illustrated textile features a map of Florida surrounded by whimsical scenes of landmarks, destinations, fishing, beaches and tropical life throughout the state.
We designed and built the oversized shadowbox frame specifically for the vintage textile. The wood frame has been refinished in an intentionally rustic style and accented with tortoise-finished rattan trim. Natural grasscloth lines the interior of the shadowbox, adding another layer of texture and giving the piece a wonderful collected, Old Florida feel.
The vintage tablecloth has been preserved as found rather than altered and retains scattered spots and discoloration from age, as photographed. The frame is fitted with a clear plexiglass front, which has minor surface scratches from handling.
Part textile art, part Florida memorabilia and one very large dose of nostalgia. A truly unique statement piece for an Old Florida, coastal or tropical interior.

Good Condition, Original Condition Unaltered, Some Imperfections
Good vintage condition. Frame has been refinished with minor remaining scuffs, marks, finish variations and age-related imperfections. Minor imperfections and wear are present to the mirrored glass. Rattan and wrappings retain natural variations and signs of age. Please refer to photos.
