A spectacular late 20th century monumental tropical floor mirror featuring a richly hand-painted frame with exotic birds, monkeys, and lush foliage. Restored with added rattan strips to both the outer and inner borders, the frame has been reinforced and lacquered with a gloss adhesive to stabilize the naturally crackled surface while accentuating its depth and character.
The artwork showcases a vibrant coastal-tropical theme with parrots, cockatoos, toucans, florals, and palm leaves, creating a bold statement piece perfect for an Old Florida, Caribbean, or eclectic interior.
