A striking early 20th-century Italian terracotta wall fountain featuring Bacchus, the Roman god of wine and revelry.
This two-piece set includes a sculptural relief of a cherubic Bacchus draped in flowing fabric, adorned with a garland of grapes and fruit, pouring water from an amphora. The water flows into a scalloped shell basin, which rests on an ornately carved pedestal decorated with acanthus leaves and botanical motifs.
Stamped “Casarelli,” this piece reflects fine Italian craftsmanship with beautifully aged patina and subtle traces of original green pigment. Ideal for garden, courtyard, or indoor display, it exudes a timeless European elegance.
